Our commitment to bringing you the most potent, quality tested, proprietary blends of practitioner quality crystal essences possible, so that you can achieve harmony in all areas of your life, is just as important to us as making sure you have the most seamless, inspirational and enjoyable customer experience.  

For this reason we have put together the following customer service policies to answer any questions you may have about our process from order to dispatch.

 

All Little Rock Alchemy customers agree to abide by the following terms and conditions when ordering with us online and we reserve the right to change these terms at our discretion as our business evolves.  

OUR PRODUCTS

  1. Our commitment to you is to provide the most potent, quality tested, proprietary blends of practitioner quality crystal essences, possible.  

  2. All of our essences are made from GMO, preservative free and certified organic ingredients, to ensure they are free from chemicals and artificial additives.

  3. We manufacture and package our products with the environment in mind, using organic, recycled, or recyclable materials, as much as possible.

  4. Essences are only ever made in ideal conditions, in nature based, energetically pristine environments and bottled personally, by hand, by CEO and registered kinesiologist, Robyn Burgess, ensuring that all Crystal Octave Essences® have the most potent energetic content.  

  5. Most importantly, all of our essences are pure energy products.  We do not add any inter-dimensional energetic layers to our essences, so you can be sure that what you are buying is pure crystal energy - no intentions or interventions.

  6. Both the essence components and the practitioner are energetically cleared and balanced prior to the production of the essences and the practitioner only has minimal contact with the essences while they are being made.

  7. All gems used in our products have been ethically sourced from reputable traders.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF ESSENCES

Essences should be measured and administered using the dropper supplied with the bottle, by placing 7 drops of a single essence under your tongue.

  1. If dispensing essences to another person, you can maintain good hygiene practices and potency, by placing 7 drops of the essence in a glass of distilled/filtered water and drinking.  

  2. As essences are a natural product they are safe for children of all ages when dispensed as instructed.  When dispensing to children, essences may be diluted by adding 7 drops of the essence to a glass of purified water.

  3. As our essences are highly potent blended essences, It is recommended that only one essence is taken at any one time, if you have conflicting issues, choose the priority issue to be addressed and allow the balance to integrate for a minimum of 72 hours before taking another.

  4. As the main ingredient of our essences is distilled grape alcohol, we advise anyone with allergies, intolerances, or addictions to this type of alcohol to seek medical advice prior to using the product.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  1. Once your order has been processed, Little Rock Alchemy, will send you a confirmation email summarising your order and providing a reference code for your records. 

  2. For those of you who are practitioners, this email is also your tax invoice for the order.

  3. It is your responsibility as the customer to check the details on the order confirmation to make sure they are correct prior to shipping.

VARYING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

  1. If you make an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately.  

  2. As we aim to provide dispatch within 24 hours of you placing your order, we will do our best to intercept any orders for cancellation or change of details, however, we do not guarantee it.

  3. We do not charge administration fees for any changes to your order.

  4. Any increase in price that results from variations or changes you make to your order once it has been placed, will require payment of the outstanding amount at the time the change is made and only orders that are paid in full will be shipped.

  5. Once orders are shipped they are not able to be recalled, so please choose carefully (refer to our refunds policy for further details).

PAYMENT

  1. All orders for Little Rock Alchemy products are processed via our online shop.

  2. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

  3. ​Only orders paid in full will be shipped, we do not offer credit.

  4. When providing your credit or debit card details you are agreeing that you are authorised to use that card that it has sufficient available funds to cover your charges.

  5. All prices on the Little Rock Alchemy website are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

PROMOTION CODES

  1. Only one promotion code may be used per order.  

  2. If you need assistance to use an existing promotion code, please email, enquiry@LittleRockAlchemy.com before placing your order, as discounts will not be applied to any orders once they have been placed.

  3. Promotion codes are valid for retail customers only and do not apply to wholesale purchases.

 

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

  1. All emails sent by, Little Rock Alchemy, are sent in compliance with the SPAM Act of 2003. We take this law seriously and make every effort to comply with all subscriber requests.

  2. To be removed from our mailing list, simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the footer of our email.  Please be aware that it may take 24-48 hours for an unsubscribe request to take effect in our system.

  3. If you continue to have further issues after that time, please contact us via email, forwarding us the offending communication, so we can promptly find the issue and remove you from email list.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

At, Little Rock Alchemy, we take pride in offering you quality essences created in a carefully aligned energetic environment, packed with extra care and delivered by logistics partners that share our commitment to customer care. 

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and offer the most affordable, fast and secure services both domestically and internationally, because we understand you're excited to start getting the results you want as soon as possible!

Our policies with regard to domestic and international shipping and returns are as follows:

Returned Merchandise & Refund Policy

  1. Please choose items carefully, as we do not refund, or replace products for change of mind purchases, or incorrect orders being placed by you.

  2. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, we will happily replace and resend your order at no extra charge.  Simply email us a photo of the damage and we’ll dispatch a replacement.

Force Majeure

  1. From time to time events beyond our control may occur, which could not reasonably be prevented, including (without limitation): war, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, strikes, lock-outs, labour or industrial disputes, acts of God, acts of Governments, flood, storm, tempest, power shortages or power failure, inability to obtain sufficient labour, raw materials, fuel or utilities, disease and other disasters.

  2. In these instances, the delivery of all orders in transit will be suspended and will recommence after the incident or incidents of "Force Majeure" end.

Australian Orders

  1. Any shipping prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST.

  2. Our shipping rates are calculated using the weight and destination of your order and will be sent through our National Network via Australia Post, depending on the dimensions and weight.

  3. Neither party is liable for delays or for non-performance due to Force Majeure events.

  4. For any special orders please contact us directly.

International Orders

  1. Before placing international orders please check with your local customs office for any restrictions and duties, as we will not be held liable for any items which are not able to be delivered or cleared with overseas customs.

  2. Our postage rates may change without notice at our carrier's discretion. 

  3. All orders sent outside Australia will be sent by Australia Post's International Standard Post service, this is a trackable service with insurance cover up to $100. 
  4. Estimated delivery times are 6+ business days between metro areas of major cities, excluding time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.

  5. Please note that customs clearance, taxes and/or any duty incurred upon arrival are your responsibility.  Your order will leave our office within two days of receipt, however, please allow a further two to four weeks for delivery depending on country of destination.

  6. If you require insurance and a tracking number for your order, please contact us, as there will be an extra charge.

  7. Due to customs regulations we cannot ship to some countries. If you are having trouble entering your address for an order, please contact us.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, or any element of our products or services do not meet expectation, we’d like to hear from you:  

  1. For ALL customer enquiries, please email us at: enquiry@LittleRockAlchemy.com.

  2. We guarantee to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your email to organise a resolution

  3. We do not accept customer complaints made via social media channels as these channels are not secure and have not been established, nor are they monitored for this purpose.

  4. Our decisions for remedy, refund or rectification of any issue will be based on our Terms and Conditions and in line with Australian consumer laws.

  5. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to abide by our Terms and Conditions and we ask all customers to read and agree with these prior to placing any orders. 

  6. While we will endeavour to provide a positive solution to any dispute, in the event that you are unhappy with the outcome, you have the right to seek further assistance from your local consumer rights protection agency.

  7. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days of responding to your enquiry, we will consider the matter closed.
